RFP to Media Businesses

The Kenora Airport, owned and operated by the Kenora Airport Authority Inc. (KAA), is looking for qualified advertising and marketing firms to design and execute a comprehensive advertising campaign promoting the new scheduled air service between Kenora (YQK) and Thunder Bay (YQT), operated by North Star Air, beginning January 15th. Respondents must demonstrate strong familiarity with Northern Ontario markets. The purpose of the RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the proponents with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged.
